Description

Rare antique advertising thermometer made of enameled metal, in a vertical format. The deep blue background highlights the LIP logo in yellow lettering, topped with a stylized graphic reminiscent of clock hands, clearly referencing the brand’s horological heritage.

At the center is the original mercury thermometer, graduated in degrees Celsius, with French climatic indications (ice, temperate, warm, etc.). The piece is characteristic of wall-mounted advertising items supplied to retailers or displayed in shopfronts during the interwar period.

Condition
