Jeanne Granier is a French singer and actress, born on March 29, 1853 in Batignolles-Monceau (now Paris) and died on December 17, 1939 in Paris 17th.
Considered one of the leading figures in Parisian life at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, she was, for a period of 20 years, one of the biggest stars of the Parisian stages, gifted both as a singer and as an actress. She was also very attached to the London public, performing during her long career, on numerous occasions, in operettas and plays.
