The Dornier Do 335 Pfeil was a heavy fighter used by Nazi Germany during the Second World War. It was built by the Dornier company. The two-seater training version was called Ameisenbär ("Anteater"). The performance of the Pfeil was much better than that of the other twin-engine engines thanks to its unique push-pull arrangement and the much lower aerodynamic drag of the in-line alignment of the two engines. It was the fastest piston engine aircraft of the Second World War. The Luftwaffe desperately tried to make the project work, but a significant delay in the delivery of the engines meant that only a handful were delivered before the end of the war. we attach patents of inventions as well as plans of this aircraft
