Student of the Kenar School in Zakopane and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. The artist's works are part of the collections, among others the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw, in the museums in Zakopane, Łódź, Toruń and in private collections.
He has presented his achievements at about 50 different types of exhibitions (awards and distinctions) in Poland and abroad.
He has made decorations for sacred buildings - churches of Brześć Kujawski, St. Józef in Warsaw, Piaseczno, Lubań, Anin.
Władysław Trojan has also participated in sculptural plein-airs, the author of urban square design at Wrocław (a spatial form in front of "Hutmen", made of metal) or in Warsaw ("Jeździec na koniu" from 1977 in Warsaw Ursynów, "Romans" made of sandstone from 1976 on the road Łazienkowska in Warsaw).
